02What we collect
We collect only what you give us, plus a small amount of anonymous information about how the site is used.
- Booking requests: your name, mobile number, email address, dates, chalet, number of guests, preferred language (English or Arabic) and any notes you add on the booking page.
- WhatsApp messages: what you send us there, including your number, your questions and any bank-transfer receipts.
- Payment records: the amount, date and method of each payment and the bank receipt you send. We never ask for card details.
- Emails: messages you send us and the confirmations we send you.

03Why we use it
We use your details only to run your booking and the site. We don’t use them for marketing unless you have agreed to it, and you can change your mind at any time.
- To check availability, hold your dates and confirm or decline your request.
- To send your confirmation email, PDF voucher, reference code and private status link.
- To verify your advance and record what you’ve paid.
- To contact you about your stay, for example about arrival or a change of plans.
- To keep the records the law requires, such as accounting and tax records.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site, using anonymous analytics.
04Our legal basis
Under the PDPL we process your data on these grounds:
- To carry out your booking: we need your details to take, confirm and manage your stay.
- Legal obligations: some records, such as payments, must be kept by law.
- Legitimate interest: basic, anonymous analytics to keep the site working well.
- Your consent: where we ask for it, for example before loading Google Maps. You can withdraw consent at any time.
06Data outside Saudi Arabia

10How we protect it
Bookings are stored on a secured server, the admin area is password-protected, and only the people who manage bookings can see your details. Each booking’s status page sits behind a long private link that only you receive.
No system is perfectly secure, so we never ask for card numbers or passwords. If a data breach puts you at risk, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
12Children
Bookings must be made by an adult. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children. If a child has sent us their details, contact us and we’ll delete them.
13Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes, we’ll tell guests with upcoming bookings.
