01Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 12 noon the next day. We rent by the night only, so there are no day-use bookings.
If you’re arriving late, send us a WhatsApp message so we know to expect you.
Want to stay a little longer? Ask us the day before. If the unit isn’t booked that day we can often say yes. Late check-out costs SAR 100 an hour, taken from your security deposit.
02Security deposit
We take a SAR 500 security deposit in cash before check-in. This is separate from the advance you pay to confirm your booking.
After you check out, we walk through the unit. If everything is as you found it, you get the full SAR 500 back on the spot.
If something is broken, missing or needs more than normal cleaning, we deduct the cost from the deposit and show you what it covers. If the damage costs more than the deposit, we’ll ask you to pay the difference. Breaking the house rules can also mean a deduction from the deposit.
03Cancellation
You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before check-in. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll refund your advance in the same way you paid it, cash or bank transfer.
If you cancel within 24 hours of check-in, or don’t arrive, the advance is not refunded. Draft

04How many guests
Each chalet has a set number of guests, for comfort and for safety around the pool. Please book for the number of people who will actually stay.
- Wooden Cabin 101: 4 to 6 guests.
- Crystal Dome – Beet Aldome: up to 4 guests.
- Dome House 1 & 2: 2 adults plus 1 child each.
05Visitors
Only the guests on your booking may stay overnight. If you’d like a friend or relative to drop by during the evening, ask us first so we can agree on numbers and timing. Draft
This is a private stay for your group, not an event space. Parties, gatherings and events are not allowed.
06The pool
Every chalet has its own walled pool. There is no lifeguard, so you use the pool at your own risk.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when they’re near the pool.
- No tanning oil in the pool. It clouds the water and clogs the filter.
07Noise and neighbours
We have neighbours close by. Keep music and voices low, especially late at night.

08Inside the chalet
- No smoking indoors. If you smoke, please do it outside.
- No pets, of any size.
- No confetti or party foam, inside or outside. It gets into the pool filter and the lawn and is very hard to clean.
09Barbecue
You can barbecue in the outdoor area. Bring your own grill, charcoal and tools.
Keep it away from the dome, the cabin walls and anything that can burn, never leave it lit unattended, and make sure the coals are fully out before you go to bed or check out.
10Payment
We take cash or bank transfer. You pay an advance to confirm the booking and the balance when you check in. The steps are in our booking terms, and every price is on the prices page.
