01Who we are
Beet Aldome is a set of four private-pool chalets in Dhahban, Jeddah 23844, Saudi Arabia. In these terms, “we” and “us” means the business that runs Beet Aldome, [legal entity name] Draft, Commercial Registration no. [CR number] Draft. “You” means the person who makes the booking.
By sending a booking request you agree to these terms on behalf of everyone staying with you.
02How a booking works
A request is not a booking until we confirm it. Here is what happens in between:
- You send a request on our booking page or on WhatsApp, with your dates, chalet and number of guests.
- We hold the dates as pending. Nobody else can book those nights while we review your request. We then confirm or decline it.
- You pay the advance by cash or bank transfer. We set the amount, either a percentage of the total or a fixed sum, and tell you what it is before you pay. Draft
- You send us the bank receipt on WhatsApp, if you paid by transfer.
- We confirm by email. Once we’ve checked the payment, we email you a confirmation with a PDF voucher, a reference code (for example BA-XXXXXX) and a private link where you can check your booking’s status.
- You pay the balance at check-in.
03Prices
Prices are per chalet, per night, in Saudi riyals, and are listed on our prices page.
Weekday nights (Sunday to Wednesday) and weekend nights (Thursday and Friday) are priced differently. Some seasons, such as Eid and public holidays, have their own prices.
If you ask for something extra, we may adjust the total. We’ll always tell you the final amount before we confirm your booking. The price in your confirmation email is the price you pay.
04Payment
We accept cash or bank transfer. We do not take card payments online.
The advance confirms your booking. The balance is due when you check in. If the balance isn’t paid at check-in, we may refuse entry to the chalet. Draft
05Security deposit
At check-in we take a SAR 500 security deposit in cash. After you check out, we inspect the unit and return the deposit in full if there is no damage, loss or unusual cleaning needed.
If there is, we deduct the reasonable cost and explain what it covers. See damage below.
06Cancellation
By you: you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in. We refund your advance by the same method you paid.
If you cancel within 24 hours of check-in, or don’t arrive, the advance is not refunded. Draft
By us: if we have to cancel a confirmed booking, for example because the chalet can’t be used for reasons outside your control, we refund everything you’ve paid in full.
To cancel, message us on WhatsApp with your reference code.
07Check-in, check-out and late check-out
Check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 12 noon. We rent overnight only; there is no day use.
Late check-out is only possible if we agree to it in advance. It costs SAR 100 an hour, deducted from the security deposit, and the same rate applies if you stay past 12 noon without agreement.
08Number of guests
Each chalet has a maximum number of guests: Wooden Cabin 101, 4 to 6; Crystal Dome – Beet Aldome, up to 4; Dome House 1 & 2, 2 adults plus 1 child each.
Only the guests named in your booking may stay overnight. If more people arrive than the booking allows, we may refuse entry to the extra guests or end the stay without a refund. Draft
09Conduct
You agree to follow our house rules. In short:
- No parties, gatherings or events.
- No smoking indoors and no pets.
- No confetti or party foam, and no tanning oil in the pool.
- Keep noise down for the neighbours.
- Barbecues only in the outdoor area, with your own equipment, used safely.
10Damage
You are responsible for damage or loss caused during your stay by you or your guests, beyond normal wear.
We first deduct the cost from the security deposit. If the cost is higher than the deposit, you agree to pay the difference. We may also deduct from the deposit if the house rules are broken.
11Safety and liability
Every pool is private and there is no lifeguard. You use the pool and outdoor areas at your own risk, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Please look after your belongings. We are not responsible for loss of, or damage to, personal property left in the chalet, except where the law says we are. Draft
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Saudi law.
12Changes
To your booking: if you want different dates or a different chalet, message us. We’ll do our best, depending on availability, and tell you about any change in price before we confirm.
To these terms: we may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Your booking is covered by the terms in force when we confirmed it.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If we can’t settle a disagreement between us, it will be decided by the competent courts in Saudi Arabia. Draft
